What is the turnaround time for custom orders?

Our currently turnaround time for custom orders is 10-14 days, from the time payment is received. This time can vary, depending on our order load. All turnaround time changes will be announced via blog and social media.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, and currently just ship within the United States of America.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! We are available to answer your questions 24/7/365. Contact us by email, website or social media. One of us will get back to you within 24 hours.


Where are Paint Parties Held?

We bring the party to you! Parties are from the comfort of your own home, or can be at your workplace or church.


What is the difference between your Community Events and Paint Parties?

The community events are for a specific cause or interest group. Redroot Factory chooses the date and venue. Parties are in a customer’s home with their choice of guests.


How many people can come to a Paint Party?

The minimum number of people for a party is seven (the host and six guests). Once the minimum is met you can invite as many people as you’d like. Contact us about our discount for parties over 15 people.


How difficult is it to paint a sign at a Paint Party?

Not difficult at all! We have customers of all different artistic, skill levels. Each step of the sign making process is demonstrated for you and clearly explained in a step-by-step process.
